Deleting your account

This removes your account, addresses, cart and chat history. Orders already placed are kept by the shop for its records. This can't be undone.

1. Sign in to your account on the website or in the app.
2. Open Security and choose "Delete my account".
3. Confirm. Your profile, addresses, cart and conversations are removed immediately; orders already placed stay in the shop's records.
